Cardio- 4km walk

Stretches- Pressed tight clenched fists on floor (no shoes) while standing for 1 minute.  This was still difficult despite having stretched thoroughly.  Need to have stretched really well before doing assisted stretch.  Then when doing assisted stretch need to have foot touching wall and held there for at least 1 minute. Still need to take time with fist to floor stretch before moving on to more difficult stretch.  While stretching and sitting on floor, put head to each knee firmly for 1 minute x2 sets.  Put head to each knee firmly for 1 minute x2 sets while leg on bench.  Did lateral stretch with one foot pointing out touching wall and beam for 1minute.   Overall best performance to date!!!!  Must not miss days. Must always move forwards not backwards.

So far today I’ve done really well without hardly any effort.

Cardio- 7km walk

Ate well (no fat no carbs)

Stretches- Pressed tight clenched fists on floor (no shoes) while standing for 30 seconds.  This was still difficult despite having stretched thoroughly.  Need to have stretched really well before doing assisted stretch.  Then when doing assisted stretch need to have foot touching wall and held there for at least 1 minute. Still need to take time with fist to floor stretch before moving on to more difficult stretch.  While stretching and sitting on floor, put head to each knee firmly for 1 minute x2 sets.  Did lateral stretch with one foot pointing out touching wall and beam for 1minute (alternated legs).  Overall best performance to date!!!!

4km walk + 2km jog  (Did well here but didn’t eat well)

Stretches- Pressed tight clenched fists on floor (no shoes) while standing for 20 seconds.  This was difficult so make sure stretch really thoroughly before this final stretch and take time with it before moving on to more difficult stretch.  While stretching and sitting on floor, put head to each knee firmly for 1 minute x2 sets.  Did lateral stretch with both feet pointing out touching wall and beam for 1minute.  Patience is the key, well done me!!!

While stretching and sitting on floor, put head to each knee firmly for 1 minute x2 sets.  Did lateral stretch with feet pointing out touching wall and beam for 1minute.  Did well to keep stretching after my big leap forward yesterday.  Patience is the key, well done me!!!

Ate well

Stretches- Touched shoes while standing with finger joints for 10 seconds. Still greatly improving everyday.  Was able to put head to knee while sitting down on both legs for 20 seconds.  While lying on back doing assisted leg stretch can almost put back of hand to wall.  Did lateral stretch with feet pointing out touching wall and beam for 1minute.

Stretches- Pressed tight clenched fists firmly on feet (no shoes) while standing for 30 seconds. While stretching and sitting on floor, put head to each knee firmly for 1 minute x2 sets.  While lying on back doing assisted leg stretch put back of hand to wall for 1 second.  Did lateral stretch with feet pointing out touching wall and beam for 1minute.  Huge leap forward must avoid falling back.  Must remember to be patient and just sticking with it bit by bit everyday.  But still big well done!!! By far best performance and best improvement. Woo hoo :)

Ate well- Woo hoo!!! Well done me.  Sticking to diet and did 4km walk and doing far better than ever before with stretches.  Woo hoo, too easy =)

Stretches- Touched floor with shoes on for 1 minute.  Doubled record!!!  Still greatly improving everyday.  Was able to put head to knee while sitting down on both legs for 10 seconds after lying on back leg stretch.
